It is the goal of the Warehouse Equipment Store to have you as a satisfied customer who will turn to us again and again for all of your material handling equipment needs. If for some reason a customer determines that they must return a product, the following policy applies.
Returns Policy:
ALL returns require a proper return authorization. Customers must first call 866-620-6140 and
obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the Warehouse
Equipment Store Customer Service Department.
Depending on the circumstances, returns may be subject to return
shipping charges and restocking fees at the customer’s expense. These charges may also vary by type of
product and method of shipping. Unless
otherwise authorized in writing by the Warehouse Equipment Store Customer
Service Department, the least expensive ground shipping option will always be
utilized for returns. No
return will be accepted without a RMA number.
